  2. Neutral environment – minimal distractions.
  3. Limit interruptions – silence phones, close unrelated tabs or apps.
  4. Use headphones/earphones – for clearer sound and privacy.
  5. Reliable internet connection – preferably strong Wi-Fi.
  6. Have water nearby – stay hydrated to feel more comfortable.
  7. Comfortable seating – sit in a supportive chair where you can relax.
  8. Notebook or journal – to jot down insights or reflections during or after the session.
  9. Optional: Mindset prep – take a few deep breaths or a brief grounding exercise before starting.
  10. Test tech ahead – make sure your camera, microphone, and meeting link work before the session.
  11. Punctual– Try to be on time.
