Things That Support My Wellbeing

Over the years, I’ve found comfort and balance in small things — from a favorite tea mug to the journal I use each morning. I’ve compiled some of the items that have contributed to my own well-being, both personally and in my counseling & coaching practice. Many of my clients have asked me about the products I use, so I’m sharing them here to make it easier for you to find the same peace, comfort, and relaxation.

For Relaxation:

My favorite herbal teas for those restorative days include soothing honey lavender, comforting chamomile, and sleep-support blends that lift the spirit and relax the mind. A warm cup of tea can be a simple yet powerful way to ease the nervous system and invite calm back into the day.
On evenings when winding down feels extra important, enjoy a cup of The Bear Sleep Tea. Its gentle herbal blend is part of a nightly self-care ritual; it helps to pause, relax, and create a peaceful environment before rest. A simple cup of tea can be a grounding, mindful moment to nurture both body and mind.
Your go-to mug for morning coffee or tea before your busy days. A small part of your routine helps you slow down and start the day with calm and comfort.
Lavender oil is used to create a sense of calm and relaxation. Inhaling its scent or using it in a diffuser helps unwind, ease tension, and prepare for rest. Enjoy using it in your favorite space to promote a peaceful atmosphere.
Use it to create a peaceful atmosphere to support relaxation.
A simple, supportive space to jot down your session exercises, reflections, and personal growth activities, as well as to keep a daily journal for your life. Writing can be a grounding practice for capturing insights, emotions, and the moments that matter.

Herbal supplements:

Herbal supplements and mineral products are made from plants that contain active plant compounds believed to support overall wellness. They are used to help the body adapt to stress, support relaxation, and promote balance.

Keep Ashwagandha on hand for those days when stress feels heavier or your mind is busy. It’s an adaptogenic herb that can gently support emotional balance and calm, helping you stay grounded for those busy days.
Magnesium complex is a mineral, include it in your self-care routine to support muscle relaxation, calm, and overall balance—
An adaptogen that decreases cortisol levels and improves mental, physical, and emotional fatigue.

Homeopathic Remedies:

I prefer an alternative natural remedy rather than pharmaceuticals. Keep them on hand for moments when your mind feels busy or restless. It helps you to pause, breathe, and return to a calmer state. Everyone’s body responds differently; this has been a supportive part of a self-care and counseling-informed wellness routine.
