IMG_2471Having a habit of being thankful and being grateful increase the sense of happiness.

You decide if you want to be grateful by focusing on what matters.

Are you thankful or grateful? Or both?

Feeling grateful is to be able to appreciate something you have done or you have received. However, thankful is a feeling of being pleased, relieved and glad.

You can thank the Lord, life, and/or people for the good things that have happened to you even if they are small. You can feel grateful for things you have done for others and what others have done for you.

Inclusive, you can be thankful for the bad moments, Do you know why? Because you learned a lesson; because it is an experience that brought teaching in your life. For sure, you can not be the same person after that experience but if you learn how to extract the good out of the bad, you will notice that things happened for a reason.

Both being Grateful and/or Thankful are feelings of appreciation.
The fruit of a person who is thankful & grateful is GRATITUDE.

"Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus" (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
